Now Yoga and Fitness

NOW Yoga and Fitness is dedicated to empowering individuals to enhance the quality of their lives through balance, awareness, instruction from fully certified, well-recognized teachers, and state-of-the-art eco-design. We offer expert, quality instruction in Yoga, Pilates, and conditioning classes.

Our studio features hot yoga, with infrared heating units to complement conventional heating, and 'bright light' seasonal affective disorder lighting manufactured by the Sunbox Company to brighten up the studio on overcast days. Select classes feature the full array of lighting options available at our studio. It is our hope that students come to NOW Yoga and Fitness feeling they've entered a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary, and leave feeling part of a special community.
