Lori is the owner of Lori’s Wellness Loft, and Creator of the Fit in 21 Body Transformation Program. She has specialized in body and lifestyle transformation, wholistic healing, personal growth for over 20 years. Her unique multidirectional approach to Health and Wellness will give you all the tools that you have been searching for to achieve A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF HEALTH.

Lori’s list of qualifications include but are not limited to:

Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. BA in Psychology, which she began using during her time as a weight loss counselor in 1994. In 1996 she transitioned her profession and became certified as a personal trainer and opened a consulting business helping all types of people realize their personal fitness goals. In 1998 she attended massage therapy school to further serve her client’s needs. She received training in many modalities of massage therapy and became a Reiki Master in 2005.

She has been fortunate enough to be able to work with and help those who didn’t think that there was a way to change their life and health for the better. Lori is currently using the most cutting edge techniques in her unique Health and Wellness Coaching practice to nourish and fortify the whole person Body, Mind and Soul.
