Preheating the muscles promotes flexibility and allows for a deeper stretch in a shorter amount of time, so you'll see results faster. The class is challenging and perfect, regardless of your age or current level of fitness or flexibility. You'll be amazed by how incredible you'll feel after only 1 class! How cool is that?
