Axistence Athletics

Axistence Athletics is an educational training facility specializing in fitness, nutrition, survival and sustainability. Our staff members are bearded, educated Eagle Scouts with armed forces backgrounds who are dedicated to inspiring and helping those who want to improve their lives. Rather than saying things like "eat less and exercise more," we go slightly against the grain of modern health recommendations, using old school (ancestral) health principles combined with the latest in scientific research. We combine aspects of weightlifting and gymnastics with specific movements such as running, jumping, crawling, and climbing. Our mission is to produce outstandingly fit and self-reliant human beings that will be prepared for whatever life throws at them and help them to live a long healthy and mobile life.
