Body N Balance LLC is an organization offering therapies which compliment allopathic treatment. Quality of service is primary, as we guide our clients in a direction of lifestyle change that targets wellness of the mind, body and spirit. Progressing into 2013, other alternative therapies will also become available on our existing menu of wellness which includes, Halotherapy (Saltroom Therapy), many styles of Massage, Reflexology, Reiki,and Health & Lifestyle Transformation Coaching, Core Strengthening, Jin Shin Jyutsu, individual and Family Counseling now being offered in both facilities.

We are trained in a variety of modalities, just click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various massage techniques we use in our work. Recently, we have been blessed with the opportunity to offer male and female massage therapists who tailor their massage to the needs of each client.
