At CrossFit Castle Rock, we specialize in functional fitness. Our gym is constantly welcoming new members and presenting new fitness classes. We offer group classes, CrossFit, and personal training. We offer classes in the mornings ranging from bootcamp, barre, yoga, zumba and TRX. All 10 of our coaches are incredibly talented and certified.
