I love the different aspects of Nutrition and how different bodies react differently to different macro nutrients. What works for one wont work for all. Its a game to find what works for you. Wether you want to lose weight for a special occasion, build muscle and strength to kick butt in you office softball game, or to just feel better I can help you get there.
