Peter G. Herman is a director with Tripp Scott. He has been with the firm since 1982 and has been a director of the firm since 1986. He is an experienced litigator who has managed and tried to verdict numerous cases in state and federal courts. Throughout his career, Mr. Herman’s vast array of litigation experience has included intellectual property (trademark, copyright and patent) infringement, complex commercial litigation, defense and prosecution of significant personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, false advertising claims, malpractice claims and federal Lanham act claims.
