Welcome to Green Lotus Cafe! Owner Nate Fanara has a real passion for vegan food. Nate attended a plant based culinary school in Austin, Texas and interned at the James Beard award winning restaurant, Uchi owned by Iron Chef contender Tyson Cole. Nate brought all his experience and passion to his home on Cape Cod to open his first restaurant.
