How long will it take to get an appointment?

You will hear back within 24-hours of your call and will generally be scheduled within the week.

How long will each session last?

Each session lasts 45-60minutes unless prior arrangements are made.

How often will I need to attend therapy?

Your individual needs will be discussed during the first session. Most clients are seen on a weekly basis, however this may be increased or decreased depending on your specific needs.
