Company Overview: Capital Area Transit (CAT) is the fixed route public system in Bismarck & Mandan, North Dakota. The CAT began in 2004 and currently runs 12 routes.

Bis-Man Transit paratransit service provides 24/7 door-to-door transportation for people with disabilities and seniors age 60 or older. Started in 1990, Bis-Man Transit operates within the cities, and two miles surrounding city limits of Bismarck and Mandan, it also provides service to the city of Lincoln N.D. and the University of Mary.
