TheAdvocacyGroup, LLC provides assistance, represents and advocates on behalf of short term and long term disability insurance policy holders as well as, medical insurance policy holders throughout the administrative appeals hearings.

When insurance carriers arbitrarily extinguish benefit payments or fail to provide payments for needed medical procedures in breach of the controlling document-the insurance policy, TheAdvocacyGroup, LLC provides professional, results-oriented representation and assistance to our clients.

We assist the policy holder throughout the appeals process by securing the needed medical documentation, while timely appealing adverse and negative decisions of the insurance carrier(s). This advocacy work applies to policy holder's who have a private policy as well as, policy holders receiving their insurance benefits, in part or fully through their employer. Accordingly, our Policy Advocates, are well trained and very familiar with the unique complexities and timelines required under the ERISA Act, as it relates to such policies and the administrative appeals processes.
