The technician was at my house within 90 minutes of me calling to schedule an appointment. He replaced two broken springs quickly under less-than-ideal circumstances, and even put up with "help" from one of my cats. The tech did recommend several additional services, which, of course, would have added to the price of the call. But I have no doubt the work he suggested needs to be done, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. All in all, a great experience.

Nice job!! Long Beach Garage Repair came within 15 minutes to get our door open so we could pull our car out, and later to reinstall a new spring that had snapped. These doors are very old and were loud. They got them gliding smooth and quiet now. Quick response, very good work, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.
