What an amazing company!! I have had nothing but the best service anyone could ask for from the first call I made to Cottrell Environmental. I had a major mold issue in the home I had just bought and I was telling a friend about it hoping they could recommend a permanent solution for me...and she did! She told me about this company who has had nothing but great reviews, competitive reasonable prices, and local (bonus) for me. Once I called Cottrell Environmental I got an immediate sigh of relief. As I explained my problem to Denny he told me I'm not alone in the situation and he had a permanent solution to the problem. I got on the website watched the video he asked me to watch on the EZ Breathe system and was immediately sold on it! He promptly answered all my questions without hesitation. I did not for one minute feel pressured into buying anything (like some sales personnel do). By the end of our conversation I was excited and wanted the work done ASAP. He fit me into his busy work schedule within 7 days. The crew showed up exactly when I was told they were going to, didn't disrupt any of my personal belongings, got the job done in an extreme timely manner, cleaned up the little mess that was made and out the door. Later that evening Denny personally called to check in to see how the work went and if I had any further questions for him (which I didn't). I am so PLEASED with the results and haven't had mold since or any allergy issues as I had before work was done. Seriously people if you have any issues with mold, dampness, allergies, pet dander, etc. and are looking for not just a quick fix but a PERMANET fix this company is your answer!!!! A BIG THANK YOU TO COTTRELL ENVRIONMENTAL!!
