For over 25 years I have offered a selection of services including individual and couple counseling, group therapy and workshops for people of all ages. My philosophy provides for empathic safety and support as clients explore painful issues, longings, and coping skills. My office is conveniently located in Statesville and my client base includes people in a five-county area. I keep abreast of the challenges in society, and it is not an understatement to claim that everyone suffers from uncomfortable stress now and then if not oftener. In our ever-more complex world, many find that the empathy and support I provide makes for better health – physically, mentally, spiritually and socially.

You will find a warm, accepting and non-threating counseling environment where you are able to work, through and resolve personal and relational struggles as well as emotional suffering related to current or past experiences. While respecting your values and beliefs, counseling explores one’s life journey, including marital ad family circumstances which may have led to current distresses.
