Teriyaki Madness is a newer fast-casual restaurant concept serving up fresh, flavorful, and popular Asian food in a hip atmosphere.

In 2003, Co-Founders Rod, Eric and Alan realized the ‘Seattle secret’ of Teriyaki houses on every corner had not yet reached the rest of the country. Heading for Las Vegas, the foodie epicenter, we started our own Teriyaki restaurant concept similar to our favorites at home in Seattle. Our belief was that people and families with busy lifestyles would love a fresh and unique, quick-casual concept that not only had great tasting food, but also healthy for them too. The response from our customers has been tremendous (they think we are rock stars!) and all of our expectations were exceeded. The success we experienced and the demand from our customers for their own piece of the ‘Madness’, led us to the decision to start franchising T-Mad in 2005.
