When you call us, we will walk you through the process of making the insurance claim for your windshield with your insurance company, this usually takes 5 to 10 minutes, we will then get a dispatch number and we will make the appointment to repair or replace the windshield at your convenience. Our installer will come to either your home or work and is usually done with the entire process within a half hour. No follow up calls to the insurance company or paper work has to be done by the customer. We handle it all.
