Alex and Ani Institute courses combine unique learning programs, classes and specialty workshops to enhance positive thinking amongst professionals. AAI’s Professional Development Center helps organizational leaders and members rethink what is means to be humanistic and systemic in today’s business world. AAI primarily focuses on fostering a positive energy learning community within Alex and Ani, and it now shares those lessons with individuals and organizations worldwide. AAI has developed eight signature courses, with plans for an additional 12 specialty course offerings.
