Bill from PestBusters had treated a unit in the waterPark condominiums #107 I believe during December of 2013 shortly after that i noticed bugs coming through my walls.I immediately notified the waterpark association about the problem. after several attempts i took it upon myself to identify the bugs at the UNL county extension. they said i had bed bugs i never was bitten and they are out of control. the association hired bill to heat my place 6 months after i noticed the problem. I never received a list of what i should remove and asked several questions and was assured by bill that every thing would be ok. during the second heating my custom made blinds were destroyed and several bottles of vitamins were ruined which i specifically asked him about. total cost about $1500
