I have never met a more put together company. This is by far not my first move but my first experience with this company and I am lucky to honestly say that they are the best people I have come across! Before I put any money down to lock the deal, I asked a lot of questions, and I mean a lot of questions. But I did not ask those questions to just the first person, anyone who I got on the phone when I called I would ask the same round of questions and to my surprise all of their answers were the same. Even different sales reps I tested and no one tried to low ball me or promise me something that I knew they could not, they were honest and very up front the whole time. I was even more impressed with the movers themselves, when they arrived they were ready to work and no fun but in a very professional way and I loved that right off the bat. I told them how I wanted things to go, then they took a tour of the house and the items that were being moved and gave me their input and got to work right away. They were done in about 4 hours and I did not see them take not one break, it actually looked like it was super easy for them, like my house was a piece of cake lol. Well all my things are very ikea light! But anyways, every encounter with this company has been really great! I really do recommend them for future movers! They are very professional and know what they are doing.

Wow! I was really impressed with my move. The price was perfect plus they gave me an over estimated quote so I got some money back. And the movers delivered all my things unharmed, not even a scratch. I was so happy with the incredible job they did I told all my co workers and family and friends about them. I trusted them with my move so I am spreading the word because I am just happy that I know if I ever have to move again I won’t have to worry about dealing with 100 phone calls because I will go straight to them the next time.

They did a really great job. Everything was moved properly and professionally. These guys had a great work ethic , they worked really hard. I really appreciated the fact that they worked so hard because I was afraid they were going to be lazy but it was the absolute opposite. I was really satisfied with them.

I can’t believe how great these guys were. From the moment I picked up my phone I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They were honest and upfront and were very detailed on what it was they were going to do. And once the movers got there they did everything that I was told there was no bait and switch which was the best part for me!! They really did a great job and nothing was damaged, scratched or even dented. AWESOME!

Movers were very professional. Anything that I needed to happen was done with no questions asked and no hassle. And wow, the way that the wrapped my furniture really impressed me a lot. The wrapped everything so tightly and they wrapped it full. I have moved several times and almost every company says they do blanket wrapping, but not like these guys. They will use more then one if needed and they come fully prepared with them. They came to my house with no excuses about anything and just started working. They did great in my eyes!

Everything went as planned. The price was great and the honesty was unbelievable. My things were not only disassembled but put back together once they arrived at my new home. They were great guys who were ready to work and made me feel like they were really there to help me. They did a great job with my move!

They did a pretty good job. Very straight and to the point guys. Never led me on about anything, always kept me informed if anything changed and answered all my questions. Movers did good as well. Nothing came back to me damaged or scratched. I would move with them in the future due to their professionalism.

I was very impressed about the great job they did! If I had any questions Phyllis was always there to help and gave me any answer within the hour. My truck was delayed a day due to weather, yes I was upset because it was going to set me back, but the weather is uncontrollable. Even though the truck was delayed I knew right away!! Phyllis kept calling me with updates from the driver and the driver himself kept me in full contact. Once they arrived they were eager to get started and get the show on the road! Really great job!

They were structured movers in sync with how they would disassemble and reassemble my furniture. The movers also were very friendly and respectful, uncommon most companies I’ve moved with over the years. I can say that I would choose them again for movers.

They did a really good job. Nothing was broken or damaged and the price was good. It was everything I could ask for in a moving company. The first company that actually did everything they said they were going to do, like blanket wrap my furniture. They wrapped anything I wanted wrapped for no extra cost and they were prepared with all the material. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a moving company. Finally found a company that knows what they are doing.

My move was flawless. I spoke with Michael and everything he said would happen on my move day did indeed happen. They guys were very professional, they came ready to work. They wrapped up everything that I wanted with no extra charge. And what I was quoted was the actual price of my move! They did a fine job with my move!

Great job! This company went over and beyond to make sure that my move went smoothly. I am an elderly man so lifting is something that I can no longer do. The movers lifted everything and wrapped it up so great. They put everything where I wanted and did not leave until I felt that the job was done. They were very professional and worked really hard. They knew exactly what they were doing, asking me questions about all the furniture and how they are going to wrap it to not damage the material. The movers really impressed me with the amazing job they did. Thank you very much for making my move easy and great!

Outstanding!!! I am sooooo happy all my things just got to me in perfect condition. At pick up everything was wrapped pretty well but I still worried that something might happen, but it was just the opposite. I m so happy that I found a moving company that will not screw me in the end, like all the other companies I have dealt with. These guys are loyal, professional and are very upfront about all the services and what is going to happen on move day. Thanks guys!! You were awesome!

They did a really great job! I do not have one complaint. They were pleasant from beginning to end. Nothing was damaged and I was not overcharged. From the moment I started talking to them I knew that I was going to move with them. Just the fact that all my questions were answered straight forward s what I liked. They did not beat around the bush they answered my questions and did everything they said they were going to do. They disassembled and reassembled and they blanket wrapped and taped up almost all of my major items to make sure that nothing was damaged. They were very professional guys and I would move with them again!

Yes yes yes!!! Everything went amazing!! These guys did a full move of my house, I did not have to lift a thing!! Mike is the one who walked me through the whole moving process since I have never moved before on my own and he was great! He gave me a lot of information and all my questions were answered with back up! My whole experience with this company was outstanding!

Moving with this company was a pleasure! I did absolutely nothing and the move went absolutely great. I could not really be much help since my business is a 24/7 job. While they were moving I was on the phone and computer and texting and my assistant was running all over the place, it was crazy, except for the movers they did what they had to do and they did great! None of my belongings were damaged and I actually paid less then what I was quoted which is awesome!! Thanks United National, you will be moving me in the future!

What an amazing job they did!! I spoke with Michael who assisted me with my move. By the time he had called me I was already contacted by at least 5 other companies with quotes, and he knew that, it was the first line he used which made me laugh. He really explained how the moving industry worked and we spoke for quite some time about my furniture and what the other companies had quoted me. He beat their price and included everything that the other companies had said. Once the move started everything that he said about the movers were true! They were amazing and ready to work. They wrapped up my furniture better than I could have even thought of. They just treated my things like their things which made me really trust that they knew what they were doing. My things arrived unharmed and again the movers were ready to work and help. They were truly amazing guys. This company really impressed me all around. Everything they said they were going to do was done. My price was my price. Really truly a great company! MOVE WITH UNITED NATIONAL…….. THEY ARE GREAT!!!

This company truly did an amazing job! I have moved several times and this was the smoothest move. Phyllis was amazing!! If i had any questions I would call her and my problem would be solved by the end of the day, not that there were any major problems. My problems were me not getting to Kansas fast enough to meet the truck and not have cash ready for them at delivery because I was running behind. But Phyllis, she mapped everything out around me and told me where to go to get cash out and then meet the truck. The movers were great they kept asking with every piece where it was to go and really helped me out even if I did not want it in that exact spot. They just did a great job!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to United National Moving and Storage!! They did a great job! From the very first call to the drop off at my house everything went great! All the other companies really tried to sweet talk me into circles, but united national talked to me straight. Micheal Alexander answered all my questions and if I asked the same question to anyone in this company I would get the same answer which made me really trust them! Even the movers were amazing. Made me feel like they really were there to help me move not just drop my stuff off and run. I even paid less then I thought because we overestimated and I got the difference back! My original quote was for roughly $4500 and the end result was $4215. These guys really made my move pretty easy!!!! Thanks guys!
