Flip Force San Diego

Our facility is a multi-sport competitive gym specializing in trampoline, cheer, dance and martial arts. Our studio is over 15,000 square feet with 6 Olympic trampolines that are used for our trampoline and tumbling classes as well as open gym and kid's birthday parties.

Our cheer instructors train athletes through clinics, camps and tumbling classes aimed at teaching the correct technique for jumps, stunts and choreography. Our team is open to anyone looking to continue cheerleading after their season ends, requires no experience and is introductory to All Star Cheerleading.

Our dance classes include everything from break dancing to belly dance aerobics. We also offer combo classes for those looking to improve their dance and tumbling skills with one package.

For adults looking for a new workout or weight loss routine, we also offer a variety of fitness classes. Our trainers offer bootcamp fitness, aerial yoga, zumba and more!
