Needed the locks changed after moving to a new place, so I called and was able to get someone over within an hour. Their tech guy showed up before I did, was very nice, and had my locks changed out and keys cut within 20 minutes of starting the job. He noticed a door to my patio had a lock as well, but didn't pressure me to get those locks changed (I decided not to). Quick service that I'll definitely use again.

I had to get a key cut and no one in the neighborhood could help me because it was some sort of special key. So, I walk into highgate security and locksmith and literally 60 seconds later I've left with my new key in hand and everything paid for. I couldn't believe it happened so fast! Not only that but, it even seems to work better than my original.

Lost the keys of my truck, gave highgate security & locksmith a call and was able to make it out in a few hrs, showed up little early which was great, said he (the guys from highgate security & locksmith) would take about 30 minutes to complete. Got started on it right away and completed the task in 25 minutes, he also took out the ignition switch as I was watching and said it was getting stuck, he cleaned it up and reinstalled free of charge. So, for all the valid reasons, I am recommending highgate security & locksmith.

I called on a Sunday and they responded so quickly. Unfortunately, they don't make keys for my vehicle but told me about other places and was very helpful in directing me to others that might help. I may not have used their services but with customer service like that. I'll be calling back when I may need a new car key made in the future or referring other people.

When our mailbox lock needed to be replaced, Highgate security & locksmith did it on time, at a good price, and sold me a lock that will last through the elements. As always offering a nice cup of coffee goes a long way, but the older gentleman that was doing the job was excellent regardless.

I happened to be down the street from these guys while I was out a few weeks ago in NYC. I stupidly locked my keys in my car by accident, did a quick locksmith search on the internet and found the closest business. Seriously....call Highgate security & locksmith! Called them last Friday, the rep called me back within minutes, made an appt for 3 days later. The technician called before arriving, re-keyed 4 locks, installed a deadbolt, fixed a door hinge and was out of here. All within an hour. Fast, courteous, professional and cleaned up after the sawdust!! Nice to know that GREAT customer service still exists.

Within a little more than an hour of my call, an engineer arrived at my place. He was very efficient and able to set things right. He was an extremely pleasant young man with the right aptitude for a situation of a house lock out. He was able to open the lock in just 5 minutes. I can't thank them enough for their extended help. The glass door and the wooden door and the window gates that I took from highgate security & locksmith actually changed the entire look of my office. I am really impressed with the design of their products. And I must also add that the quality of the products was simply world class but not expensive.
