Teresa has been in private practice for 26 years and has a wide range of experience with many different populations. She specializes in marriage and family counseling, maternal child health, child and adolescent psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling along with individual counseling.

Teresa offers unique conflict resolution strategies for couples and parents. She provides innovative play therapy and art therapy for children and challenging teens. She is also focused on women's issues, depression, grief and anxiety, coping with disabilities, post traumatic stress disorder and stress management and relaxation techniques.
