I can't say enough great things about America's Family Moving and Storage! I was so impressed by the constant communication and openness of the owners and their willingness to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease about the whole move. The crew that was sent to complete my move was very kind, courteous and very professional. They didn't seem to mind me directing a little bit which things were going to storage and which were coming with me to the new place. They took such great care in wrapping and packing my belongings, even pointing out anything that might have had some prior damage so that I was aware of everything. I felt as though I could actually trust them with the care of my furniture and belongings. Everything arrived in its original condition and was placed precisely where I wanted them to go. The bill was presented exactly as discussed prior to booking, with no additional, surprise charges like some other companies. Although moving always seems daunting, America's Family Moving really helped ease my nerves and really did an outstanding job, thanks again!
