If you take your car to the local car wash, STOP! I purchased a new car and in less than 3 months going through the conveyor with those big brushes caused horrible swirl mark in my car. Then I tried the so called 100% hand car wash and they caused more swirl marks, so I started calling around to find out my best options how to get my car washed without ruining my car's paint. I found a blog that DoubleTake Auto Spa had written about the difference between going to the local car wash vs. a professional hand car wash by an auto detailing company, so I called them to explain my situation. Once I arrived, they offered me 3 different options to remove the swirl marks, once I had them removed, they guaranteed me with their washing process they would not make those swirl marks reoccurr. I've had my car washed by them 3 times and true to their word, NO SWIRL MARKS! They are a bit more than going to the local car wash, but the appearance of my car is very important so paying a bit more is nothing compared to a swirl free car! This company is Top Rated in my opinion.

I've called several different detailing company and just didn't feel that warm and fuzzy about non of them until I called DoubleTake. They have raised the bar in the auto detailing. I must agree with the rest of the reviews, this company knows their stuff. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and Sandra took the time, to conduct a walk around of my car and answered my questions, she is very, very knowledgeable, I've learned so much about how to maintain my car, which was really helpful. Once we selected the detailing service for my car, her team went to work. She was so nice to drive me across the street to Costco. When I returned, I couldn't really believe how good my car looked, the paint looked brighter, my rims was so trashed, I was going to purchase new one, but Sandra told me to wait to see what they could do and HOLLY SMOKE, my rims look great! DoubleTake saved me $800 on new rims, thanks you didn't seem enough, so I had to leave a review to tell everyone, if you car needs a professional auto detailing, then call DoubleTake Auto Spa!

Purchased a new Tesla and wanted to get it protected with a ceramic coating. Went to several detailing shops and they were charging outrageous amounts, then I called DoubleTake Auto Spa they took the time to review my car, answered all my questions and the price was almost HALF of what everyone else was charging. They even offered to pay for a rental car while they had my car for 2 days, nice touch! Everything about this company is "top notch". Everyone is very friendly and professional. My car looks better than when I purchased it just 5 days ago! I was blown away. Sandra said she would make me a believer, and that is exactly what DoubleTake Auto Spa did! Totally impressed with this company.

I purchased there “The Works auto detailing service” and polish as my car hadn’t been detailed in over 3 years and it was starting to show. My paint was starting to look really dull and I had horrible swirl marks from going to the gas station car wash. DoubleTake Auto Spa’s staff exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt, professional and very thorough. They were able to remove spots from my interior that I honestly didn't think would be able to removed. My exterior is now swirl FREE and the shine is truly stunning. They educated me on how the right “sealant” can aid in protecting my car exterior against swirl marks and harmful contaminates so I had them apply it, I’m so glad I did, it’s been a full week and the weather has been really bad and rainy but my car still feels really smooth and the shine is still vibrant! The dirt is not clinging to my car, the rain is rolling off without leaving any water spots. No more going to the local car wash for me, I now realize my car deserves better.

You got to try them for yourself. I read the reviews, then called, the person over the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable with a great personality. I was hooked, just talking with her. Then the team arrived and they were super nice and professional. They answered all my questions, went to work on my baby and once they were done, I could not believe my eyes. I got their Detailer Shine 2.0 and my 2009 Lexus look and feel like new!

If you’re looking for 100% hand wash for your car, then call DoubleTake Auto Spa they came to my home. The team will very friendly and completed my detailing service in about 2 hours. My paint felt really smooth after they did the clay bar treatment, next is the amazing shine. I don’t know what wax they use but it made my car shine better than when I bought it.

This company has great communication still and very professional. They did an absolutely amazing job on my husband's Element that we are about to list for sale (they even cleaned the engine!). Their team is clearly loves what they do and it shows in their work. I will definitely be recommending their services to my friends.

I have a collection of very expensive cars. My detailer of 15 years retired so I was forced to look for another person or company that displayed meticulous attention to detail when dealing high-end vehicles. My retired detailer met one of the team members of DoubleTake Auto Spa, her name is Connie. He shared with her my collection of cars and how well I maintain them. He was impressed with Connie's knowledge about clear coat, their method and process, different waxes, polishes and sealants. So, he told me to give this company a try and if they did not perform well, then he would refund me my money, so I had nothing to lose. I had them detail my 2014 Bentley Continental GT and I stood and watched the entire process. One word: STUNNING!

WOW...AWESOME customer service! It's so refreshing to contact a company that still believe in customer service. When I called and talked with the young lady over the phone, she was very knowledgeable about detailing and was able to recommend the best detailing service for my car. The team called me once they were on their way and arrived right on time. I was greeted by a team of two detailers that was very professional. They went right to work on my Mustang and once they were done, it looked and felt better than the day I drove it off the lot. I purchased their Award Winning Black Ops detailing service and I can see why they won, cuz this service will make your black car look AMAZING! If you're looking for a mobile detailing company that has great customer service and delivers, jaw dropping results, then give this company a call.

I was getting ready to sell my Mercedes but it needed a real good cleaning, I called Doubletake auto spa and they actually have a “selling your car” detailing package, pretty cool. It was a bit pricey about $300 but well worth it, once the team was done, I took pictures and posted it, I was able to sell my car in 2 days that’s the reason I’m writing this review, because they did such a great job and provided me with safety tips on how to sell my car. This company is the BEST!

Customer service 5 star….arriving on time 5 stars….detailing performance 5 stars….Friendliness 5 stars….Detailing packages prices 4.5 stars. They are a bit higher than a couple of companies I called, but they were worth the money. The girl on the phone told me the team would WOW me and they did just that!!!

I used their service about a year ago, I just purchased a used boat that needed a little sprucing up, they came to my home last Saturday, spent about 4 hours washing, polishing and waxing the outside of my boat. Once young lady took care of the inside of the boat. My wife and I left for a few hours and when we returned, we couldn’t believe it was the same boat! I wish I had taken before and after images because they made my boat look like new!

I had never heard of a detailing company that would come to my home so I was a little skeptical as I didn’t think they would do as good of a job, but boy was I wrong, they came to my home and did a wonderful job on my car. Two young men came to my home and did a wonderful job, it took them about 2 hours because my car as a mess, but once they were done it looked like new.

I highly recommend this company, if you have a high-end car, don’t just trust anyone with your baby, make sure they are insured, licensed and certified like Doubletake auto spa. I’m not impressed easily, but the young lady over the phone answered ALL my questions about their company, their insurance etc. She was very friendly and share some valuable information with me about the detailing industry which made me feel really comfortable. Once the team arrived, I watched them the whole time and all I can say, is they have a customer for life! I will not trust anyone with my baby but Doubletake auto spa.

Great staff, very knowledgeable team. Detailed my new $90 Audi and made it look better than when I drove it off the lot. I thought I was going to have a hard time finding a quality detailer to keep my car looking good, but guess not, because I know have them to keep it clean for me.

I’m a mom with 3 kids, so our minivan takes a beating. Soccer, baseball and football players to give you a glimpse of what they had to deal with. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but that’s what I got a MIRACLE. They did such a wonderfuld job on my minivan. Came to my work, took about 2 hours, made my really, really, really dirty minivan look super clean and it’s smell so much better thanks to doubletake auto spa.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company deserves it. The overall process was very pleasant. The girls at the office are very nice and they answered all my questions. Once the team arrived, they were friendly too and went to work detailing my car. My husband stood outside for about 15 mins checking out the team work and when they impressed him, I knew they were a good team. It took them about an hour or so, but boy ole boy our car hasn’t looked this good in years!

We were looking for a company to maintain our fleet of cars, I read several reviews about Doubletake auto spa and decided to add them to our list of companies to consider for our fleet. Wow, this company blew all their competition out the water!!! They are true professionals, from my initial call the lady answered all our questions, then followed up with an email and brochures. When they came to our location, they were very organized. It took them about 20 mins to set up, but once they were done, our parking lot looked like a professional detailing center. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Even though there prices were a bit higher than the competition. We went with Doubletake auto spa because of their professionalism, knowledge of cars and product, and the great job they did on our fleet. We have signed them up to maintain our fleet and I’m glad we did! Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Since we’re in a drought, I did want to wash my cars at home anymore, but then we found DoubleTake Auto Spa, they came to our home to detail our cars with their own water, how cool is that? Now, we don’t have to worry about wasting water cleaning our cars, because DoubleTake Auto Spa is set up to come twice a month to do it for us. I really like the fact, that they didn’t use a lot of water to clean our cars, nice touch!

I called Double Take Auto on a Monday and got an appointment a couple of days out. The person over the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. She shared with me the detailers would be just as pleasant and she didn’t lie, the team arrived on time, answered my questions and got to work. Once they finished my car, I had them detail my truck because they did such a good job.

I have a regular routine to bring may cars in and have them cleaned up and I am always happy with their work. It appears that a lot of people are happy with their work. I say this because they can get very busy during certain times. Just before a beautiful, sunny weekend, for instance. But, they always have enough staff on hand to do a great job and get me in and out fast, even when it is busy. My thanks to their team members who take such good care of my cars.

I purchased an auto detailing cleaning as a birthday gift for my dad. The team went to his home and took such good care of his car. He called to say, this was the best birthday gift every. He called a few friends over to watch the team detail his car…he hasn’t stop talking about it! Thanks double take for making my dad so happy!

This company is great! Wonderful customer service, their team is really friendly. They came to my home and detailed 2 vehicles, they did an amazing job! They explained everything to me, I didn't know that keeping your car waxed was so important, but now I know, thanks to DoubleTake Auto Spa! If you want a really, good professional team to make your car look like new, then I would recommend you give them a call.
