Most incompetent staff ever. I gave them my insurance information about a dozen times, and copies of my ins card. 9 months after the appointment I get a call from a debt collector saying I had not payed the bill. When I called to sort everything out it turns out they had never even tried to submit the claim to my insurance. I called their office to give it to them again, and the **INTERN** was out for the day, so there was no one available for me to talk to.
