Jeffrey Urcan is a retired Commercial Pilot that started fitness training as an instructor 21 plus years ago. When I retired I decided to open a Private Studio Gym where there are No Memberships and all you Pay for is the Professional Fitness Training. I Love helping People get into Shape because at one time I was really out of Shape. I Love seeing Results and also seeing People leave with a smile on there face.
