All service calls are by appointment (appointments are usually one week out) or earlier in emergency situations (refrigerator/freezer outage). At Appliance Plus we carry a large inventory of parts. We also have an in-house technician who is here for drop-off service requests. The Service and Parts Department also sells reconditioned appliances. In addition to the Grand Strand, we service customers from Georgetown to Conway to Little River. The convenience of our Service and Parts Department helps make warranty issues easily resolved in a short amount of time.
