Rob Lubera is the owner of Lubera Plumbing. He graduated from New England Tech in 1997 with an associate’s degree in Plumbing and Heating and obtained a certificate in Gas Technology and a certificate for Americas Builders and Contractors in pipe fitting. He worked as an apprentice for a large plumbing contractor in the Providence area for 8 years and then went out on his own after receiving his master license in plumbing and pipefitting (Master Plumber #2046 & Master Pipefitter #7572). As a small local business, we are able to do quality work at a reasonable price. We service and repair most major brands of boilers. We understand that we've been invited into your home to perform a much needed service and as your guests, we will conduct ourselves in a highly professional manner and maintain a neat and clean work area. We'll also provide a written estimate before we begin the job so you'll know how long we anticipate the job taking and how much the final bill will be, including parts and labor. The last thing you want in a heating and/or plumbing emergency is another surprise.
