Hello, and Welcome to Carafello's Auto Sales. I wanted to spend a few minutes to introduce myself and our extraordinary way we conduct our business. I am retired from the US Navy. I was stationed on the Nimitz in Newport News, VA as a boat mate. I love this area so much, that after getting out of the armed services, I decided to stay in the Hampton Roads area. While I was stationed here I took notice to the way a lot of the car dealers in the area conducted their businesses, especially towards the way they treat the men and women of the Armed Forces. I truly believe that all people should be treated differently, and taking care of the brave people of our country's military is important. So, with this goal in mind, Carafello's Auto Sales was born. My goal, and that of everyone on my staff, is to provide superior customer service, no money down bank and credit union financing, and quality used cars, trucks, and SUV's. I personally make sure that every car which leaves my lot is in the best possible condition, and if a situation does arise with your new vehicle, I want you to call me directly so I can make sure it is handled quickly and correctly.
