Larry Oleson founded OCI after spending 14 years working in the "production builder" environment in Bloomington/Normal. He bases his business on the idea that quality and custom should be more than just words. Larry strives to give his clients what they deserve; a home that he and the owners will be proud to call theirs.

OCI offers quality assurance with the promise of a job done right the first time. Unlike many of today's "builders" you won't find Larry Oleson sitting behind an office desk, he will be on site each day, working for you.

As the owner, being on site daily allows Larry to work with you, the customer, to encourage new ideas and improve on existing ones. This partnership allows us to personally oversee progress, and quickly deal with any issues, should they arise. Understanding that a cost effective home with a quick turn-around time is critical to a business' bottom line, OCI strives to provide a better product. Our goal is to bring back the meaning of "custom and distinctive" into the construction industry.
