Our service rates are not by the hour, but by the service call and include time, travel, labor, service, cleaning and inspection - parts and/or supplies are not included in initial service call but will be billed separate if necessary. There are no hidden fees. We service most makes and models of copiers, facsimiles, laserjet printers, shredders and typewriters. Service is usually same day, but most definitely next day.
