LifeCore Yoga

LifeCore Yoga opened in 2010 with a mission to provide a comfortable and encouraging community experience supporting each student’s unique path toward health and well-being. At LifeCore Yoga, we empower students to nourish, transform and unite mind, body and spirit through Yoga.

Over the last 9 years LifeCore Yoga has offered over 20,000 classes and events. We take pride in building a very special community that our members call their second home. Our community has helped raise over $15,000 for local charities like the White Bear Lake Emergency Food Shelf, Hope4Youth, H2O for Life, Merrick Inc. and more. We are on a mission to make the world a better place, one yoga mat at a time.
