There are hundreds upon hundreds of restaurants in New York City to satisfy the cravings of any New Yorker. However, there aren’t many of these restaurants who can truthfully claim that they make everything from scratch, like Kipsey’s Kitchen Bar. In every American comfort food dish is the dedication of the experienced chefs and craftsmen in the kitchen.
All of the meats are freshly ground from prime cuts, and the sausages are made and linked fresh daily with no added chemicals. All of the chicken products are natural and free of hormones and antibiotics, working with local ingredients whenever the market permits us. Along with the dinner menu, Kipsey’s makes all baked goods right on the premises, fresh every day.
The staff and collaboration at the kitchen and bar is made up of passionate people who love the idea of serving the highest quality of food and the warmest of hospitality.
There is nothing that compares to the absolute freshness and flavor that comes with homemade meals. From the time it takes to prepare the ingredients and the talented hands that mix it altogether, it is truly an art form to serve only made from scratch meals.
