Our owner, Eric, has worked in the meat producing business since he was 14 years old, and he’s carried that passion with him for over forty years now. Inspired by the red barns of New Jersey that hosted the meat markets and other food producers in the community, our meat market is dedicated to providing top-quality specialty meats to the good folks of Wichita Falls.
