We also need you to bring your medical insurance card(s). You must provide current and all medical insurance information or it will be your responsibility to pay for the services. It is our policy to collect fees, your co-pay and deductible at the time of your visit. Our staff consists of Barbara Mitchell, our office manager, Judie Pastori-Rorling and Kathy Gifford, our podiatry assistants,and me Bruce Franz, DPM.Our offices are overseen by our office manager, Barbara Mitchell. Barbara has many years of training to help you with your office visit. She can explain what services we provide and she can also help with your insurance questions. Barbara will get the initial forms to you before your appointment to help prevent delays for you when you come to our office.Our podiatry assistants are helpfull and friendly. Please feel free to bring your questions to us.The most rewarding activity for Doctor Franz is to apply what he has learned about bio-mechanics to patients with painfull feet, particularly to off weight sore spot, arch pain and possible ulcerations.Dr. Franz's range of motion examination features evaluation of all of the joints of the foot, ankle and testing muscle groups for function.We take standing x-rays because, weightbearing x-rays can reveal more of how the the foot compensates for pressure from the ground in stance more than nonweight
