Led by the culinary team of Wilfrin and Lisa Fernandez-Cruz, The Restaurant’s mission is to present a seasonally inspired menu that celebrates the bounty of flavors from right here in our community. The menu changes daily, giving our team the flexibility to experiment with what’s in season in order to deliver a unique experience every time you visit. We make all of our pastas, breads, desserts and ice creams in house and proudly partner with many local purveyors of St. Louis, MO. Dark wood beams and stained glass windows live alongside contemporary accents and sleek lighting. And all throughout, little details balance with drama. A giant climate-controlled wine wall houses some of the 1,700 types of wine and serves as the glowing backdrop of the bar. A cozy stone fireplace – original to the building – is tucked in a corner where it is used to sear the crème brulee.
