This is a fun, welcoming place. There’s no intimidation here, just support and friendliness. The workouts are challenging, but fun and it feels good to get a little aggression out on the bags. In about 3 months I've lost weight, gained lean muscle, and feel good. I started with the 6-week challenge, but enjoyed the workouts so much that I joined as a regular member.

This is the best place I've been to! You actually hit bags not just dance around punching the air. You sweat alot, burn ton of calories and have a blast while doing it! I've seen young and not so young, fit and not so fit and we all get a great workout. The trainers are amazing and will push you without being in your face pushy! And if you are someone who need modifications they are here to help with anything from wrist, back, knee and neck issues to footing placement! They rock!

I started at ilovekickboxing two months ago and I absolutely love it. The instructors are always extremely helpful and motivating! It is definitely a total body workout and you leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day! I have already lost weight in such a short amount of time and can tell that I am getting toned. They also offer a variety of times that work well with any schedule so you can go to class early, in the afternoon, and in the evening. I am so glad I joined!

I Love Kickboxing is the best workout that you could ever experience. Fun, excitement, encouragement, sweat, and amazing instruction and support from instructors who genuinely care about YOUR success. In the month that I have been going it has become an addiction because the atmosphere makes me realize I can lose weight and have fun at the same time, while each class I CAN push harder and break barriers here that you cant in other places. I purchased a 10 Class Groupon for iLoveKickboxing and it took me months to use due to personal time restrictions. I finally became a member 3 weeks ago and have already completed 10 classes. I wish I would have signed up sooner! The classes are fun and energetic and the staff is very encouraging and motivating. So much so, that I look forward to returning the next day - unlike when I used to go to the gym and dreaded it. You see the results, you feel the results. Highly recommended for EVERYONE.

Going to ILKB has changed my entire outlook on working out. Its the best choice i've made for my health, and my life. Everyone ( employees and members) are so encouraging, approachable and nice. Best decision I ever made, was in a rut looking to mix my routine up with something different twice a week. I loved it so much I immediately became a member and go to class 5-6 times a week. My 1st day when I completed the class, I knew that I wanted to do this (never have been so sure about something). I was so sure about the class not only because of the workout that I was going to get out of it but also because of the welcome I got from instructors and other students. After going to the classes for just a month I have built up so much endurance. I lost a jean size my first month and that size just keeps going down with my consistent participation. If you don't like working out on your own at the gym, then ILoveKickboxing is the place for you. I never pushed myself hard enough at the gym. If I got tired or started to sweat even a little bit, I'd just stop and call it a day. At ILoveKickboxing, I get the encouragement I need to really get moving and not give up. I especially like having a routine to follow for an hour and knowing at the end, I got in an intense workout. Last but not the least, all the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable.

I enjoy working out, I've belonged to a gym for the past 8 years and I enjoy running but I wanted to try something new. The music gets me pumped up to push myself a little harder than I did the previous class. The instructors will make accommodations if you can't perform a move but they can also tell when you need a little push to try a little harder. I'm definitely not a gym rat but I cannot tell people enough how much I love working out at ILKB! The workouts are challenging but the staff is always there to help you out whether it's with a warm-up exercise or your kickboxing form. The facility is clean and every person on staff is extremely friendly. Their online special for 3 classes and gloves for $19.99 is awesome but after my first class I was hooked and became a member, best decision I have ever made! I did kickboxing a year and a half ago and loved it. I had decided to get back into a regular work out routine and was searching on Groupon when I came upon LIVEKICKBOXING. I was so excited when I realized they were right by my office. I was nervous going into my first class. But when I walked in I met Penny, she gave me a tour of the place and explained how the class worked. Khom was the instructor, her energy is just AMAZING!!!! I started ILKB a month ago and have truly fallen in love with this workout!! It is such a great total body workout that I became a member so I could do the monthly challenges and attend more classes. My 15 year old daughter has also become a member! We love being able to do this activity together and the empowerment that she gets from it is amazing to see! I feel myself getting stronger and also improving my running as I am a marathon runner also! I love the atmosphere of all types of people at all different levels being able to workout and support each other! The workout at ILKB is intense,efficient and AWESOME. What sets this gym apart is the fun, friendly atmosphere. The instructors work with you on your first day to make sure you know what you're doing, and provide additional motivation and support. I always have been big into working out and running but it’s always been a challenge to keep a consistency to my workouts. Sometimes my workouts felt so monotonous and were boring by the end of the week. When I started at ILOVEKICKBOXING a year ago, I can confidently say I have NEVER felt bored and I see more results from kickboxing than all the running I did before.
