First and foremost we are consultants and educators, appraising and educating current and first-time homeowners about the real estate and mortgage markets in general, and the ever-changing labyrinth of rules surrounding home ownership and mortgage acquisition.

We offer a variety of loan products for both residential and commercial properties. Our loan products include FHA, VA, and Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE), Conventional and Jumbo Mortgages, Stated Income Loans for Self Employed Borrowers, Reverse Mortgages and Commercial Loans.

We help guide and educate our borrowers throughout the entire mortgage process, beginning with taking information for the loan application, providing a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to ensure that your closing costs are accurately calculated. We also counsel our borrowers to help correct any inaccuracies on their credit report.
