Outer Edge Performance began with a convergence of people, philosophies, practices and purpose. Founded in 2005, we have quickly grown to become a leader in outdoor experiential learning, athletic performance, team building and leadership development.

The outdoors and its physical challenges are our inspiration and metaphor for life and success. Whether it’s team building on a sheer rock face, guiding students to the summit of a 14,000-foot peak, or facilitating a corporate retreat, our programs are carefully designed for meaningful learning and self-discovery.

Helping people realize potential

We’ve had the privilege to witness the powerful and profound changes that occur when people tap into their previously unrealized potential. In our programs, we skillfully create an atmosphere and design activities that allow participants to explore themselves, their strengths and limitations, their relationships and their environment.

Our goal is to unlock each person’s potential in all of our experiential programs. Once that potential is unleashed, the possibilities for self and team growth are limitless – and that discovery process transfers to improved performance and relationships in school, at work or in athletic competition.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Outer Edge Performance conducts experiential learning and leadership development programs nationwide. These include youth camps, corporate retreats, programs for military families and children, mental performance workshops for athletic teams and more.
