Our ice cream is made with 15% butterfat, very little air and features a low-sweetness level that lets each unique flavor stand out! Those small batches made from scratch assures Sparky’s Ice Cream to be super fresh. It hasn’t been sitting in a freezer for weeks and that’s a difference you can taste!
