I am very pleased with the staffing and their knowledge on what would work best for me personally. I was extremely happy that they were able to fit me in for my 1st procedure so quick. They have walked me through each step of my transformation and explained what to expect week by week. They answer all my questions so that I am well aware of what to expect. I hesitated a bit because I wasn't sure that the tri sculpting would work for me. However, the decision to get the procedure done at SB in Austin has turned out to be the best I have EVER made. I am 7 weeks out and can see pretty drastic results. The staff beginning with Bailey have been supportive and engaging. Dr. O is exceptional, not only did he do a GREAT job but he is thorough, professional, and answered all my questions. On the day of the surgery he and the nurse Lindsay worked together to ensure I was comfortable, and the procedure was virtually painless. Very little down time as well. I would recommend Sono Bello Austin to anyone thinking of this type of procedure!

So my experience at Sonobello was extremely pleasant. The front office ladies were a delight and extremely courteous to me. The next stop was the consultant, and she was infectious. She was sincere, motivated, and made the entire process a breeze. Step three was the clinical side of the process which put my mind at ease. The clinical staff to include the nurses and Doctor are top notch. Dr. Okpaku was my surgeon and I really can't thank him enough. My procedure was the Trisculpt laser lipo on three areas (lower abdomen and love handles). After leaving the military and gaining 60 pounds I had enough of being big. It took a year but I lost all the weight. However, I did seem to have more permanent damage than I had realized. My love handles were impossibly stubborn, riddled with stretch marks, no amount of working out would change that now. Cosmetic surgery became the only option to regain the body I had lost. I am extremely excited for the future, because I know that with patience, I'll see my old self again.

I went in for a consultation on the "Lyft" procedure for my sagging family neck. I honestly didn't expect to go through with it but my husband and daughter encouraged me to go. When I got there and met with Bailey, who is WONDERFUL, it was less expensive than I anticipated and I got so excited that I booked my pre-op, and then the surgery date came and then it was done. The recovery was tough for the first week, worse than I anticipated, but once that first week was past, my neck was gone... I couldn't believe the difference, truly. I had Dr. Arun who is quite entertaining and reassuring while he is doing your surgery. The staff is great- all of them. They shared in my absolute JOY over the results. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. If you are hesitating, DON'T. They are great, helpful (especially the weekly emails afterwards... just when you think something isn't going as it should, you get one of those and realize that everyone goes through just what you are), they are vested in your transformation. Couldn't recommend more.

I had been considering the lipo surgery on my upper and lower abs for over 2 years! I am 52 and have 4 children. I keep in good shape and exercise but I had this "Front area I could literally grab with both hands" YIKES! I was feeling so tired every morning when I got up it was like the "belly" was dragging me down. I also had a lot of upper back pain and my belly was not helping :( .... I decided to get the surgery and I am so glad that I did! I was treated so kind and with professionalism by every one who assisted. The lady that first scheduled my appointment then I met with Baily who is amazing! She answered all my questions and gave me honest suggestions! She made me feel like we were good friends from the get go!All the staff, nurses and front desk girls were all so nice! The doctor made me feel safe and I trusted him completely! The downtime was only a few days! I am now a little over 60 days and the results are beyond what I expected. The main thing is I feel so wonderful and this has inspired me to work out even more. Oh yes and my cute little summer dresses actually fit without that annoying "belly bulged"!!! YAY!

Outstanding experience from the moment I first walked in the door. The office staff, nurses and Dr. Okpaku provided superb service before, during and after my procedures. I was really impressed with the constant communication from the staff and Dr. Okpaku checking on my recovery and informing me as to what I should be experiencing at the 2nd week, 4th week etc. recovery period. I just reached my 3rd month recovery mark and already looking forward to returning to this center for future services. In summary, I would like to say that at this point I am very pleased with the amazing results and the top notch service I am receiving from the staff as a whole. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for true results.

It's been a month and it feels so great having a baggy waistline with old pants... I still have some bumps down low... lower abdomen and public area... and they itch off and on like crazy... but its a sign of healing. It has motivated me to eat better... light meats and veggies and I have lost 15 lbs... hope this helps.

Went to my 3 month checkup this week and not only did I lose 32 pounds, but was amazed at my before and after pictures. The inches melted away and love my new figure. I'm very happy with my results so far, and only half way there, since it takes 6 months to see the final results. So far I went from a size 22 to a size 16. I want to thank the Sonobello staff for encouraging me to eat and drink healthy. Out of all people I thought I couldn't do it but, I surprised myself. From the first time I walked into SB, I was treated with genuine interest and care. I was given immediate attention, went over options and before I knew it, I was approved for credit and put on the books. I've never had this type of procedure before, so being well cared for is a huge bonus. I'm only 2 weeks out from having the body contouring done, but it's something I can already tell is what I've wanted (for so long!). I'll go back in 3 months time, but can reach out anytime. I'm pretty sore, a little bruised, and swollen - all of which is explained and expected. My advice would be to pick a nice long weekend and have 24/7 support on hand for when you go home, but other than that ... don't wait! Just an aside: I went in on a Friday morning, and was back to work on Monday morning.
