I've had a disastrous renovation at my home, and the contractor has dropped by the ball on many things. I brought in Engin from HC Structural Engineering to help me right the ship by getting building plans approved by the city (after my contractor failed an inspection). He did a speedy and thorough job and a very reasonable price compared to what others were quoting for the same thing. He also helped me look through my expenses to the contractor and figure out how much I'd been overcharged, and helped me figure out that I didn't need a bunch of extra work that the contractor said I needed to do! So that saved me a lot of money. Engin has a solid understanding of construction and made me feel better about my entire project. I would use him again in a heartbeat. 5 stars.
