Don began his financial planning career in 1993. In 1997 he became the Founder and President of Spectrum Financial Group, Inc. His dedicated team is passionate about guiding families and individuals in achieving their vision of financial success and generating income to live the retirement life that they have longed for.
He has a fiduciary role as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) and is also a member of the Investment Committee at Ellis Investment Partners, LLC., an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. (RIA)

Don Avgerinos, volunteers as an educator and has been hosting workshops in his community since 2012. He believes that education, simplicity and relationships are the solution to a sound retirement plan. He holds the following designations: Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), Certified Estate Planner (CEP®), Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®), Certified Fund Specialist (CFS®) and National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®).
