Alternative Treatment International (ATIWELLNESS) in Clearwater, Florida is a NON-12-STEP private exclusive treatment program for all addictions and mental health problems including, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, abuse, eating disorders and more. All treatment takes place in our large spa like facility with individual psychotherapy, small group therapy, fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Acupuncture, Reflexology, and more. We also provide out-patient opiate detox using Suboxone.
