VG Enterprises

VGE Foundation is a non-profit, high technology, association, first formed in 2002 as a sole proprietorship in San Diego. Today the Foundation has moved to the Los Angeles area. The Foundation has several associates that work under their own sole proprietorship's.

Associates interact with social networks like Facebook and Linkedin to share their interests and projects. Feedback from the social networks help them focus on better ideas. However, much of their own intellectual property is not shared on open social networks. The Foundation serves as a means to review and suggest ways of improving it’s associates projects under the protection of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements within the Foundation.
