Our premiere women’s center, was established in 1996 by its Founder, Dr. James Pendergraft, who recognized a great need for first trimester and second trimester terminations or late term abortions in the Orlando area. Dr. Pendergraft uses the latest medications for medical abortions (RU 486, Mifeprex, mifepristone, early options French abortion pill), Tamoxifen, Methotrexate and Cytotec in our abortion clinic from 3 to 24 weeks pregnant electively. In addition, Dr. Pendergraft and other Physicians on the medical staff have over 150 years combined experience with performing early first trimester (menstrual extraction) to early and late second trimester and late term surgical abortions from 3 to 24 weeks pregnant.
Women were finding it necessary to travel hundreds, to thousands of miles to a practitioner competent in performing early and late trimester abortions. He subsequently opened four additional centers in Florida. All specialize in non-surgical, medical and surgical abortion methods. Dr. Pendergraft constantly strives to assure that abortions are performed compassionately, safely and during times that are convenient to patients. The center provides services during a wide variety of times, seven days a week.
