The Joel Hall Dancers-Chicago has been my passion for the past 38 years. Once you experience one of our vibrant performances I am sure we will become your passion, too!

We are American jazz dance from the nation’s heartland. As Artistic Director, I have had the good fortune to work with Chicago’s best dancers along with a sharp support team to ensure the best that jazz dance has to offer.

Chicago is unique in its contribution to the genre of jazz dance and no other company best exemplifies that uniqueness. The City of Big Shoulders is also the City of Jazz Dance and Joel Hall Dancers-Chicago tower above the tallest skyscrapers–and any other dance company–in their dynamic and stylistic achievements.
