Michigan Auto no-fault law entitles you to hire your own case manager, choose your own provider, and add or drop case management as you desire, and is available as a benefit, at no out-of pocket cost to you.

Northern Case Management is an advocate for clients to assure they receive efficient, cost effective care. We help clients navigate the patient care system and provide education empowering clients to make informed decisions.

Northern Case Management will communicate and coordinate among multiple providers and help you transition to different care levels.
We coordinate paperwork and documentation, assist with scheduling your appointments and transportation services, and will accompany you to appointments as reasonable and necessary.

Northern Case Management provides multiple services including Medical Case Management or Telephonic Case Management, File Reviews, Cost Projections, Initial Assessments with Plan of Care, Case Management for elderly and dementia clients living at home, in assisted living, or nursing facilities.

Northern Case Management covers Northern Michigan, works well with insurance adjusters and attorneys, and will travel as needed to meet your needs.
