Today 12/2/16 I went into work and noticed my tire was flat. I keep my car in tip top shape so it was unusual to see a light on my dash. So after work I went across the street to put air in it and as I'm putting air in the tire I hear air aiming out of somewhere on the tire. It was a hevy leak from a little hole. I tried to fix it myself and it just wasn't working. So I was scrolling through the internet and I tried AAA. Didn't work so I tried the Hawks 24/7 Roadside Assistants. They said it was gonna be at least maybe an hour and 15 minutes till they got there. But they were there faster. Gerald was quick and fast and he helped me through it. My card was declining for some reason so I just paid in cash. He did a great job and made sure the whole tire was fine! It was done in less then 45 minutes! If I would have known it was gonna be that fast I would have called at 11:30pm vs. 12 am! I would really suggest this company to anyone! They get their fast, understands that u have things to do and they get u right back on the road just like that!! Thank you soooo much! And especially thanks to Gerald!!!

Getting my car out of the parking garage only to find a low tire caused by an errant screw - and planning a very early departure the next morning. I called at about 1:30 am, received a text they were on the way at 1:50 am. The driver arrived at about 2:?? am - clean, courteous, safe - he showed ID and asked to see my ID! Perfect. Thoroughly relaxed and confident, jovial but efficient service. Removed the tire, plugged it, soaped the ENTIRE tire and sidewalls for other leaks and reinstalled the tire. Everything confirmed on his tablet, processed credit card, emailed receipt on my phone and I was done and away 15 minutes before my desired time. This is one very class, professional operation! Thank you!
